Attennuator AT3
Most TV, CATV and Set-top box tuners are designed to operate with input signal levels between
-80dBm and -20dBm per channel. If feed signal levels to TVs, CATV or Set-top box tuners are too high, picture distortions will occur.
It is recommended that by inserting an attenuator into the distribution system, the signal is reduced to less than -20dBm at the TV, Sep-top box RF connector.
The AT3-1xxW series is able to meet the needs of general-purpose attenuation applications in the LF/VHF/UHF frequency range.
The specifications: from 5MHz to 1000MHz at 100mW average, 200mW peak, excellent return loss(>20dB) and good accuracy (+/-0.2dB typ). (see graph)
Our mini-size attenuators are also available with DC Block (AT2) and Power Passing (AT2P).
